OVERVIEW

This website is operated by O&S Supply ("we", "us", or "our"). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing commercial products (including but not limited to corrugated boxes, garment hangers, sizing products, industrial tape, and stretch film) from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation buyers, procurement agents, vendors, and merchants.

SECTION 1 - COMMERCIAL & B2B USE

By placing an order on this site, you represent that you are purchasing products for commercial, industrial, or business use, or as an authorized agent purchasing on behalf of a business entity. You warrant that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT & ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

We make every effort to display the specs, dimensions, gauges, and colors of our products (such as box weight ratings, stretch film gauge/microns, and hanger sizing) as accurately as possible. However:

  • Industry-standard manufacturing tolerances apply to weight, dimensions, thickness, and color variations.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that chosen product specifications (e.g., box bursting strength, stretch film gauge) meet their specific operational or load-bearing requirements prior to placing an order.

SECTION 3 - PRICING, QUOTES & BULK ORDERS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (paper, resin, freight).

  • Custom quotes provided directly by our sales team supersede general website pricing for the duration specified in the quote.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product line without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of our products to any business entity, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & PROCUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create a wholesale or customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree that all purchases made through your business account are authorized by your company. We accept no liability for unauthorized orders placed using valid corporate login credentials.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, FREIGHT & DELIVERY

Delivery terms, freight policies, and risk of loss are governed as follows:

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or local drop-off.

  • Receiving & Inspection: Business accounts are required to inspect shipments upon arrival. Any freight damage, missing pallets, or incorrect item counts must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and reported to O&S Supply within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to note damages on the BOL may result in the denial of freight claims.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restock fee and customer-paid return freight, provided products are unused and in original pallet/bundle packaging.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-printed boxes, branded tape, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O&S Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, business interruption, or damaged freight—arising out of or in connection with the use or failure of our packaging supplies (e.g., box tearing, stretch film snapping, or hanger breaking during transit). Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless O&S Supply, its officers, directors, employees, and family owners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
